Over 6 wks since @FordIreland issued letter signed by David Pimlott promising 'commitment to provide the highest level of service and support' regarding danger to self&other road users should #Ford Kuga drivers charge their batteries. @conor_pope
No response or update from @Ford

7 days since I first tagged @FordIreland and still no response.

Not a good look for your company @Ford; not a good way to retain loyal customers.

7 days since I first tagged @FordIreland and still no response.

Not a good look for your company @Ford; not a good way to retain loyal customers.

Even further disappointed with @FordIreland that they do not respond to communications.
#Ford will pester you with sales, but ignore you when there is a very serious safety issue with their vehicles.

Even further disappointed with @FordIreland that they do not respond to communications.
#Ford will pester you with sales, but ignore you when there is a very serious safety issue with their vehicles.

Dismayed to learn from @FordIreland that we are told to no longer charge our car's battery as it is potentially too dangerous and could result in sudden loss of power.
Always driven #Ford - not so sure anymore.
Luckily, it's a hybrid. Increased running costs to look forward to
